Upload 2 or 3 photos of you working on your terrarium or aquarium. Add a caption for each photo.
This shows me, Abigail and Josh working on our aqarium.

Tell 4 or more things you learned about ecosystems during this unit of study.

1. I learned that a grown female mosqito fish can grow up to two centimeters
biger than the ale and some times eat their baby's!

2. I learned that chlorophil is the stuff that makes plants green.

3. I learned about photosynthasis and it's purpuse.

This is me, Abigail and Josh observating what our aqarium looks like and drawing it in our notebooks.

4. how to make a fish's ecosystm.

  • Name of Ecosystem Life in the Rain Forest
  • a brief description of it: Imagine a forest unchanged for 60 million years, where giant trees reach up to the sky, their leafy branches blocking out light to the forest below. imagine a place where the tempriture hardly changes from day to night, season to season, year to year. A place where rain clouds hang in the air and heavy downpours are common. The rain forest is such a place. About half the world's species of plants and animals live in rain forests. More species of animals live in rain forest's than any where else in the world. Rain forests are home to not only large numbers of animals and plants. People have lived there for genarations.

  • Producers (plants) Broamlaids, Epiphytes, Saprophytes, Buttress Roots, Lianas, Prop Roots, Carniverous Plants, Orchids and the Strangler Fig.
  • consumers (animals) Anphibians, like frogs and toads,
Birds, like parots and toucans,
Mamals like sloths and jaguars.
  • scavengers, animals that can be found there. The Earthworm, the King Vulture and many more.
  • Location: Brazil, Africa, Australia, North America, South America, Central America, Asia and finaly South Asia.
  • Temprature: 86 degrees fahrenhiet.
